Nicholas Percival..... an extremely professional Estate Agency for whom we can't recommend highly enough. All members of staff that we dealt with were more than helpful & communication was never lacking. Rob was our main point of contact for the purchase of our dream home.... and he was simply brilliant..... nothing was too much trouble.... even after moving in, he's still in contact with us providing help & advice. As Estate Agents go, these guys are head and shoulders above the rest.... and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend using them.... you simply won't find any better..... outstanding service from start to finish.....

It has been over 40 years since we last moved home and coming from 40 miles away Nicholas Percival as an Estate Agency to buy a property through was entirely unknown to us. We had personal knowledge of the Wakes Hall Lodges and the amazing concept they are which decided us the only new home for us had to be Wakes Colne nothing else would do. We registered our interest in a brand new redevelopment and met Rob Twitchett almost a year ago for the very first time. He has been the epitome of efficiency and we will always be grateful for his professionalism and dedication. In fact, Rob kept our selling estate agent (a National High Street one) and our solicitor on their toes. His assistance no doubt completed our purchase 2 or 3 weeks sooner with his intervention ensuring they were on the ball. During the course of the purchase we also dealt with other staff members and all displayed real professionalism with exceptional standard of service too. For a local agency it is far superior that the national chain one we used to sell. Should we need to move again, which we doubt, we would certainly use the services of Nicholas Percival for both sale and purchase. We have been introduced to a part of Essex that we from south of the county, did not know existed.

Excellent service by Sara, Rob and Dan, friendly, honest, efficient, professional, good communication and extremely responsive throughout the whole selling process. Great advice during our appraisal and great photos taken of our property, the marketing was superb. Sara made the selling process run very smooth from the start and really helped liaise between us as the buyer, the seller and their solicitors. She was very happy to answer all our questions and queries as well as being a huge support through the stresses of buying and selling a property. I would highly recommend anyone about to place their property on the market to get in contact with Nicholas Percival, you will not look back!

In what might be the quickest sale I've ever heard of, I've just purchased a lovely little cottage via Dan at Nicholas Percival.
